Customers are responsible to provide the following:

Power Source: A standard 110-volt outlet within 50 feet of the setup area to power the blower. If no outlet is available, a generator may be needed (we can provide one for an additional fee).
Water Source: Access to a water hose with a connection within reach of the setup area.
Setup Area: Ensure the setup area is clean, flat, and free of obstacles such as rocks, branches, and debris. The area should be large enough to accommodate the inflatable with at least 5 feet of clearance on all sides. Surface type is preferably grass, but can also be concrete or asphalt.
Adult Supervision: An adult must be present to supervise the use of the inflatable at all times to ensure safety.
Permits: If the event is held in a public park or space, ensure any necessary permits are obtained and provide us with any specific requirements from the venue.

What types of events are your inflatable slides suitable for?

Our inflatable slides are perfect for birthday parties, family gatherings, community events, corporate events, and summer festivals.
How do I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation by filling out our online booking form, calling our office, or emailing us directly. We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability.
How far in advance should I book my rental?

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons, to ensure your desired inflatable is available. You can check availability on our website when viewing our inventory.
Can the slides be ordered wet or dry?

Yes!! Our slides can be used with water or without. Just let our representative know which option you would like when they call to confirm your appointment.
What payment methods do you accept?

A $50 deposit is due upon booking via our website, where we accept all major credit cards. The remainder of payment will be collected upon delivery.
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 10 days in advance will receive a “rain check” that is good for a year from the event date that was scheduled.
What happens if it rains on the day of the event?

In the event of rain and/or strong winds such that the equipment cannot be safely used, GG Jumpers LLC. may cancel delivery without penalty. For inclement weather cancellations, any payments made will be applied to a newly scheduled date, provided the desired equipment and dates are available or a rain check will be issued that is good for a year from the events date that was scheduled. There will be NO refunds unless determined otherwise by GG Jumpers LLC.
How long is the rental period?

Our standard rental period is for the entire day (8 hour), typically from morning until evening. Specific times can be arranged based on your event needs.
What is included in the rental fee?

The rental fee includes delivery, setup, and takedown of the inflatable slide, as well as any necessary equipment like blowers and extension cords.
Are there any additional fees?

Additional fees may apply for extended rental periods, travel outside our standard delivery area, or extra equipment like generators.
How much space is needed for setup?

Each inflatable slide has specific space requirements. Generally, we recommend an area with at least 5 feet of clearance on all sides of the slide.
What type of surface is suitable for the inflatable slides?

Our slides can be set up on grass, concrete, or asphalt. We recommend a flat, grassy area for optimal safety and comfort.
Do you provide supervision during the event?

We do not provide supervision, but we can arrange for staff to be present for an additional fee. Otherwise, an adult must supervise the inflatable at all times.
What safety measures are in place?

Our inflatables are made from high-quality, puncture-resistant materials and are regularly inspected. We provide safety guidelines and recommend adult supervision at all times.
